STANDARD LIMITED TWO (2) YEAR WARRANTY
GFC (Global Furniture Components), UAB
GRAND FILM CHAIRS – HOME CINEMA SEATING (BUSINESS TO BUSINESS)
GFC (Global Furniture Components), UAB is a business to business wholesaler and warrants to the buyer (distributor, dealer, or other business) that cinema seating (“products”) supplied by GFC and sold under the brand name Grand Film Chairs are free of workmanship and material defects for two (2) years from date of purchase.
Standard warranty applies only to the original buyer, provided that GFC products are used exclusively for residential household purposes. Unless specified by separate contractual warranty agreement, standard warranty is void if products are used for commercial, medical, institutional or other non-residential installations without prior expressed written consent of GFC. GFC accepts no liability for damages to consumer’s property caused by its products as it has no control over the proper installation of the seating.
In the event that GFC components or products fail within above specified warranty period, GFC will replace defective components or products and refund to the buyer the original delivery costs, meanwhile the buyer shall be responsible for the cost of collecting replacements from GFC’s warehouse in Lithuania.
GFC remains the right to inspect any faulty components or products before agreeing to any corrective action stated in this warranty. GFC may request the buyer to ship defective products to GFC warehouse, for analysis and assessment of product flaws. GFC may also request drawings, photos and other documents explaining the specifics of product flaws prior executing this warranty.
This warranty may become void if claims to product defects are the results of: a) damages during or after delivery b) damages resulting from improper handling and installation of products c) damages due to lack of basic product service by the buyer and its agents d) negligence and abuse by the end user.
Total GFC liability shall be limited by this warranty. If buyer communicates a different warranty to its customer, GFC will have no responsibility for portion of warranty that differs from GFC’s warranty.
